feedback - moving forward
We received a lot of feedback from our first prototype People liked : The physicalness of the prototype - They could imagine it in the store The guru t-shirt idea - Makes it really clear who customers can approach and talk to if they are after info People didn't like : The time it took to complete the quiz The limited amount of options The disconnect it could cause with the staff They didn't understand the need for it if they could just go and ask staff Only really for one level of expertise (beginner/inexperienced) Wasn't a continued experience - how can we make it more sustainable (e.g., different expertise) Having a price range could limit sales for store - ability to increase a customers sending Didn't understand why There were a fair few times where the wording was unclear. - First screen - events/drink (thought it was a drink for an event, not a tasting event) Going forward Clarify wording and make the quiz on one page rat...
